The target substance of vascular disease treatment is oxyhemoglobin in red blood cell in blood vessel. Wavelength affects laser’s depth of penetration. Under 1200nm, the longer the wavelength, the deeper laser can penetrate. Besides, laser penetrates the epidermis melanin barrier and reaches targeted blood vessels.
